Catalogs Fail When They Contain A '/' in the Name

Business Case
As an admin, I can create a product catalog with forward slashes ('/') in the name.

As an admin, when I try to create a product catalog with a forward slash in the name ('/') it gives me a validation message indicating that the forward slash is valid.

I created a new Product Catalog called '/us/en' which seemed to work fine, until I clicked on one of the menu links when editing the product on the admin site. On line 189 of Menu.ascx.cs I can see it is splitting based on the '/' character -- which is in the name of my Catalog. It then splits up the string improperly and blows up in my face on line 197.

Why isn't this on GitHub? :P
